


Workshop #3: (a) Personalized Activities as Healing and (b) Truer Preventive Care

The Butterflies Method emphasizes that personalized activities (for healing) are just as important as personalized foods (as medicine). Dr. Mita also presents truer preventive care so you can reduce/eliminate current symptoms as well as stop new ones from forming. Join us to learn how examining your tongue and stools daily is one of the ways in which you can achieve optimal health.
In this session, you will learn about:
(a) Personalized Activities as Healing, which includes
the Activities Butterfly, which helps you determine which activities are appropriate for the day based on your body’s unique health status,
Note - the activity recommendations are highly individualized and not generic one-size-fits-all recommendations such as, “all 8 billion people should exercise”, “everyone should walk 10,000 steps daily”, “all individuals should sleep 8 hours”, etc.,
physical, mental, and emotional processing strength, and
why exposure to specific activities and experiences matter.
(b) “Truer” Preventive Care through eight tools, which includes
the daily Diagnostics Butterfly for preventive care, which helps you identify and self-treat internal imbalances before they manifest as uncomfortable symptoms; it also helps you preempt the very formation of such internal imbalances, and
a methodology to estimate your unique constitution (the make-up of your body and mind) using a set of Personal Butterflies - this will arm you with preventive care knowledge unique to yourself that will guide you throughout your life.
This workshop provides valuable information about how to further balance your unique body-and-mind’s needs with specific activities and how to approach preventive care that includes performing a self diagnostic evaluation for the day. You can use these tools for your family as well!
